i sometimes do them standing...sometimes seated...sometimes on an incline bench...and sometimes with high cables....sort of like a reverse crossover. but i feel like the seated rope rows worked the best in abscence of a peck deck. god i hate my gym!!!!!!!!

i'll pay for it today is my cal intake is going to be around 1700. low cal low carb day after last nights feast.
meal 1 1/4 cup of cottage cheese
meal 2 1 3/4 cups of eggwhites
meal 3 8oz of boars head turkey breast (yeah i know...all i had to bring today)
meal 4 can of tuna
pwo on whey shake with 1/2 cup of oats
meal 5 baked chicken breast, salad with 1 tbsp on balsmic vinegrette, and green beans
meal 6...tbd. maybe 1oz of almonds
