I'm with buffdawg on this one. I had the same problem from years of baseball and football, combined with lifting. Take the gluc/chond supps, and keep taking them even when the pain is gone. Also when doing bicep work try do limited exercises, if any, witht e straight bar. That tends to cause my elbow to really flare up. As for the forearm pain, that comes and goes for me, jsut a part of lifting I guess.
