hey kids... haven't been over here much.

I've been keeping up with my "log" of sorts though... so check that for my progress if you'd like.

Honestly I have no clue how the "competition" going to work out or if people even remembered, lol... eh, all in all if this thread provided some motivation for people then it has served its purpose :)

Honestly I do not usally compare sex and working out. But mentally for me a GREAT pump is about as mentally satisfying as some good sex. Physically sex usally doesnt have me sore for couple days.......but my girlfriends are. :) Or at least I try. Yea CK just left us...????? I am just real busy and have been doing research on other things :Evil:

Just read ck's log. She's real busy too. 4 kids, plus they just bought a house & are moving this week. I love her attitude.
 
She is a real cool girl. Pumping Iron is right next to Pulp Fiction(Prob my fav movie) in my DVD stack. I watch it all the time. I even think I have it downloaded somewhere on my comp. Always gets me motivated.
 
I will soon have updates pics... Much progress. I think everyone here should be considered a winner. We all have had progress and this thread has done its purpose. That sounded a little :rainbow: . But I mean it. Ill be making a before and after Pic..should be interesting to compare.

I havent had a whole bunch of carbs and I swear my body will just CRAVE them. So I gave in and ate mac and cheese with my pork loin....and some chips. Made me feel like shit and couldnt go to the gym. Man I cant even eat a whole bunch of junk food or even a large meal period without feeling like complete shit. I guess its a good thing. Gotta go to gym on Sat and Sun now.
 
haha what suppelments did you get? I dont know if sarge reads this anymore but I got the COC 3......I know I wont be able to do it.

haha I know. Do you do heavy wrist curls in the gym? I do a little wrist/forearm workout after short workouts and that really is what helped me close the 250....its still a bitch though and sometimes I cant. Update pics comming soon. The tan will help :)
 
Glucorell, Sesasomething or other, & cardio something. Tren, sust, cyp, HCG IGF1, test, QUIZ, eq, c3po, ETC. Gotta read some on usage & along with what I've learned about diet, this time around, I should do well in the next few months.

I wouldnt order anything over a #2. I have been training with my Heavy Grips for about 3 months and can BARELY close the 250. The trainer/COC1/COC2 should have you busy for a long while. I think only around100-200 people have ever been certified to close the #3... I will be soon. LMAO Thats a lot of gear bro. I wish I could buy that large amount of suppelments. :)

j/k, no cycle. I'm on HRT, so that's kinda a perma lowgrade cycle. I'm too skeered, (and poor) to try anything else.
My brother had to have the carpal tunnel operations on both hands. fixed that up, but the years of overcompensating left him with terrible tendonitis :rolleyes: . 1 step forward, 2 steps back.
 
I had slight capral conditions from grinding steel and alluminum 10-12 hours a day. Sucks. But after about 2 years from doing it that much my hands feel alright but still cramp every once in awhile. Its a bitch but you can work through it. Keep your head up bro....you have fought through plenty as it is.

Not sure how mine started. I'm a machine mechanic in a CNC machine shop, so I'm pretty sure it's just from that.
Doesn't usually bother me, even when doing D.L.'s etc, but every once in a while something at work will set it off. Almost like tendonitis. It comes & goes.

OK, here goes. I don't think I've changed at all, but I've got my workouts back on track & with Bun's help I've got some supps to help with my dietary goals.

I am back! Internet came today, the move was smooth, only glitch is my new washing machine doesn't work and with my size of family I pretty much spent my whole sunday at the laundry mat. But it was fun. Going to look for a new gym today. There is one here that has a pool and gym and skating rink and a play area for the kids and family membership isn't a bad price.

will try catch up tonight! I hope everybody has been working hard! not hardly working, ha ha.

I started reading the first few pages (no way I'm making it through all 48!) and figured I'd jump on board with this whole weight loss thing. Not sure how often I'll be posting here and updating, but I'll give it a go.

Age: 27
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 182ish
BF: Probably 14%ish

The workouts are a lock. I'm getting back into HST after going through 4-5 cycles a few years ago (been messing with 5x5 and other routines in the time since). Just finished 15's yesterday and starting 10's on Wednesday. In addition, I'm doing some form of cardio on my non-lifting days be it HIIT or some longer medium-intensity treadmill or elliptical work.

Diet has always been a problem for me. A couple years ago I was counting calories and hitting my macros with good results, but I just couldn't stick with it for an extended period of time. My plan this time around is to not be so anal about it and just try to hit a ballpark of 6 meals/day with a 40/30/30 split of macros totaling ~2000 calories.

Supplements... nothing crazy here. Just some Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey protein, some T-rex and SesaPURE and a multi-vitamin if I can remember to take it.

Oh, and about 1.5 gallons of water/day.

Ya bro by far you YOU have had the most progress. I think you look better with more fat on you and being bigger then when you were real lean. Buts thats just my 2 cents. Well I made it outta court alright but me and the family are going through some shit..... dont know how long ill still be living at the house.

The pics I gave two weeks ago is all I am taking for now, especially after the whole feasco with them :) Since the move I haven't been able to get to the gym much but today is the day I am back on track and very excited!

Wifey & I just got back from our first Bodyflow class in 2 months, & second in 5 months. :rolleyes: Combination Tai Chi, Pilates, & Yoga.

Breakfast was 2 whole grain waffles, 1 tbsp ANPB and 1/2 c raspberries (lacking on the protein, I know).

Worked out this morning before work... first day of 10's so it wasn't too bad. Followed that up with 20 mins on the recumbent bike (@ 65% Max HR).

PWO shake was 25g whey protein, 50g dextrose and a scoop of glutamine peptides (probably 5-10g).

After work will either be brazlian jiu jitsu or hockey so I'm definitely getting in my exercise for today.

Already downed 1.5L of water... gonna fill up my bottle again in a second.

So far, so good.
 
Just a quick update from me!

I dropped 10 addition lbs of BF and regained it back in muscle. I still have a little bit around the midsection (not very much!), and I'm starting to think it's going to take a few more months of strict, strict dieting.

I have a high-speed digicam with no batteries. Once I get the chance, I'll have someone take full on pics. I just lost alot of the BF in the rest of my body, and about 50% of what I started with around the gut.....I've got a 4 pack, but need to finish off about 5 lbs of BF around the waist.

It's very frustrating. I eat very well, but I do cheat and enjoy myself at times. I've come to the conclusion that, if the only way I can be around 10% BF is to eat perfectly and never cheat, I'll trade some happiness over my vanity :)

I'm DYING to see what the hell happend to Cyrex.... that good bro put on 40 pounds... some fat from the cycle but he's changed ALOT i'm sure... very interested in that update!

We don't have a frontal to comparitively analyze but from the chest i can see in the updated shot looks like the BF is going down... keep doin' what ur doing :)

Yes the Gut is the DEVIL (along with love/hate handles)! I still have a tiny one... shhhh, don't tell anyone :lmao:
 
haha I am looking real soft because I have loaded up with carbs from Chinease(oh it was good) and the pasta and all the other shitty food I had last weekend. What I notice the most is just my delts have put on some mass. Hadels still have but have went done signifantly hard to see in pics. And back is slowely getting some width.. And my I have much more all around mass. I am starting my cycle this month.... My BF hasnt dropped that much but it has. I am not really ever cutting or bulking. I just eat clean 6 times a day as good as I can and try to bring in about 3000 cals. So its a slow process but its been working for me. I only do about 6-10 reps with lifts so Im more about mass then anything.

Yea havent seen crex around.. Hes a big boy to begin with anxious to see how that cycle went!

Lowpro/Sarge and I all seem to seem to hold weight in the same areas... although you guys are leaner. I got my top 2 abs showing easy but I got the little fuckin pouch that drives me crazy. Girls tell me its "cute" but it annoys the fuck outta me. Prob jsut trying to make me feel better :) Time for gym.

Great work bro. Getme some better shots ill see if i can tell any areas that you need to hit harder, but as of now, you growing muscle while actually loosing your gut! VERY IMPRESSIVE
 
Thanx bud. And I do. Thats why I post up the pics...good or bad. I suck at flexing my back....prob because its really shittybut its comming along. My upper body does grow pretty evenly thank god now that I have found out through trial and errror all the ways of getting MASSIVE pumps in about ever muscle besides lats. I usally am sore for a good 2-3 days and am hoping that the test will help me recover just that much better and strength should hopefully go threw the rough...crossing fingers. I think I overtrain a little to much but it just feels to good not too.

you're sticking to 6-10 reps??? :worried: Maybe that's why you're back doesn't grow as well as you want it to.

Ever tried lower? If you're happy with the results your getting go with it, but maybe try heavier and lower.

I top out at 6 reps sometimes, lol.... i'm about to change it up to start hitting 10-12 though for a little shock therapy.

Haha alright Ill get them tonight. Had a KILLER forarm and Tri workout.

Sarge- My back is still gettting used to work. I finally found that I have to do pyramid training for success. I prob do about 7 sets with barebell row including the O Bar only. Then just put on 10s-then 25s all the way up to 45's each side.Then back down to 10's It helps me concentrate and focus on my lats. Then I go to Upright cable rows and just do a pyramid but with less sets. At the height of the pryamid I only get maybe 3-4 reps then go real light and just focus again on tighting of the back. Then I fishish with a random exercise. This has been the only thing to work for me. And my back is growing faster then ever and I enjoy it now just because although its small I can row with 250+ pounders.....i dont know how but I do.

Bunny- You will get your pic. And this web cam blows dick and When I do a double by the light just makes my whole body shine and you cant see barely and muscle. I think the double bi will show my most improvment in waist line/BF. By the way... I dont drink that muc anymore.... I am almost out of trouble and will soon be starting my cycel=No binge drinking for me.

Just a little plus for my tri workout....repping now 95 lbs skull crushers....gotta love em. With a behind the head dumbell press of 110lbs max. I think I will get some lifting pics soon.

It's ok to be hungry, you are working out, metabolism is changing ... burning fire need wood to stay aflame... bright & powerful ... muscles need food, they are growing ... just make healthy choices ... :)

I haven't seen much change lately, and I am wondering if it is my workout routine. Givin that my workouts haven't been up to pare lately I am not sure if I should just stick to what she gave me or change my diet or my workout or both.

Can you throw a towel over the light to dim it or provide a little less glare?

Whether or not you SEE it in the pics , lighting, etc.... YOU can tell, YOU can feel it ... It's obviously noticable in your lifts ... that's awesome!!! :D
 
haha thanks bunny. CK if you find yourself hungry all the time I bet you arnt getting your 1.5 gallons of water in. I al always hunger and its usally because I havent been drinking enough water. They say that like 95% o armeica is croniclly dehydrated and that people confuse dehydration with hunger. I do. So when I get hungrey I drink water until I dont feel good. Thats just me though...
 
Went for an awesome bike ride after work. About 1 hr. Down by the University :p .
I tend to snack when I'm stressed in any way. Comfort food I guess. There's this asshat at work who keeps a basket full of Resen's chocolate candies on his desk. I walk past it 20 times or more every fricken day.
Today was not a good day :redhot: :chomp: , hence the bike ride.
Every day you fail, gives you a chance to start over. It's not how many times you fall off the bike, it's how many times you get back on.

Seriously, I hate the gym. I lift weights at home, & I love to bike & roller blade for cardio.
