I was thinking of combining Delts and chest too that way if I did do just delts tonight they would most likely be less functional the next day.. but if i combined or supersetted some exercise chest and delts... hmmm, i dunno yet, if i do, go that route i gotta start eating more in preparation for a long workout, lol.

TGIF I never really ache after a workout. I just get tired. Certain muscles will feel it 2 days later. Quads, tri's, pecs mostly. Some in lats & calves.
