Legs have always been easy for me (relatively). I have some health issues that screw with my metabolism, but it's going. Trying to concentrate more on diet.
Just got back from 10 days vacation (4 1/2 days driving), so it's been a struggle. Lost 3 pounds, & managed 2 get in 3 workouts in a World Gym in Florida.
