To add, I think she is also working with a trainer for her show, and must ask said trainer specifically why she is doing these things & have him/her explain every thing so she understands his thinking, even if it doesn't make sense to us ... Just got back from 10 days vacation (4 1/2 days driving), so it's been a struggle. Lost 3 pounds, & managed 2 get in 3 workouts in a World Gym in Florida.
What kind of bar do you use? When I use a straight bar, I'd get wicked forearm pain, but when I switched to a kambered bar (like for skull crushers), it eased off quite a bit.cityhick said:YEP!
