JL_204 New member Aug 31, 2010 #21 Trained jiu jitsu today. What an intense workout. Did the usual warm up of running, push ups, burpees, etc. After that some guard passing drills. Then an hour of straight rolling. I was so gassed out after I just layed on the mat for like 10 mins.
