11am -- Gym (drove this time!! It's COLD!!)
Chest + HIIT
Flat Bench Press -- Barx15 as a warmup; **Triple Drop set
16x50, 15x40, 14x30, 10x20 [don't think I did the TUT right]
Incline Flyes -- 3x10 @ 25lb Dbs
Incline DB Press -- **Triple Drop Set
1x10 @30, 1x7@25, 1x8@20, 1x10@15
Cable Crossovers -- **Triple Drop Set
1x15@40, 1x12@30, 1x12@20, 1x10@0

HIIT -- Treadmill -- 8 min warmup, 1% incline for session
45sec @ 6mph alternate with 1 min. at 4.2mph -- 7 cycles
3 minute cooldown -- 25 minutes total
[Good thing no one was watching cuz my gym has a 20 min time limit!! ]

12:30pm
PWO Shake -- 3/4 cup skim milk, 1/2 cup water, 1 scoop SportPharma Protein Powder

1:30pm
2 slices Pepp. Farm German Dark Wheat Bread
3.5oz Healthy Choice Turkey, 7/8 oz Alpine Lace Cheese
Mustard & 1 Pickle Spear ---> Labels on both say 0 cals, etc.. so I'm not counting them....
1 Diet 7UP

3:10pm
1 ounce whole almonds

I'm having a time here..... all of a sudden: WhaM!!! Fall completely off the diet.... I need to get me some of that Glucorell or whatever, I guess.

Went out to dinner (drove).

2 (~ 4 oz. glasses) wine
Spinach salad with grilled tomatoes & asparagus
Few cheese straws
4 small slices bread with tapenade
1 pork chop with green beans & bacon-mashed potatoes
4 fun packs peanut M&Ms

I'm struggling lately and I don't know why....

when I decide to go out and wopp it up (saturday, for instance) I always wake up about 2am (provided I'm in bed by 11, otherwise later). I was thinking low blood sugar or something. Only happens when I drink.

Technically, compared to how I used to eat/drink..... my "indulgences" tho they seem frequent are very infrequent by comparison.....

I guess I just shouldn't let it get to me so much..... but it bugs me that I seem to "blow" it more often than I should....

Just so you're good MOST of the time :) On the bright side, you got some protein outta those peanut m&ms :p ;)
