I'm so sorry to hear about this tragedy. I can not even imagine all the emotions you must be expeiencing. I am glad that you have turned to us on this board during this time. We people are the most important thing for each other. We provide support, advice, direction, understanding, and affection, just to name a few. I'm sorry that this one person has been taken away from you. Try to keep your head up though and represent him in your life. I believe this will end up being an enormous driving factor in your life with whatever you set out to do.

This really puts into perspective some of the little flame wars, gripes, and personal vendettas that some Bros have around here.

Let this serve as a lesson to everyone else as to what is REALLY vaulable in life.

My sincere condolences to this Bro and his Family. If there is anything at all about this which is positive, its that at least you had the opportunity to have that great conversation with your brother. Thats a very interesting cooincidence that he would pass away right after that. With as tragic as this is, thank God that at least the last time that you spent with him was one where you got to really share and communicate with him. Thats a good thing.

Regardless of what you belive, He is fine. Whether you believ in an afterlife, Heaven, or Nothing after this life, He is fine. Either in Paradise, Oblivion, or watching ytou hoping that you will cheer up. He is fine. Remember all of the good stuff and good things about him. If he is watching, thats probably what he would want.

WRJ, losing your brother so young is terrible. It's great to hear that you were so close, right up to the night he died. You never know when life's going to throw one of these curve balls at you, but the older you get the more you start to expect them. At 24 no one expects something like this to happen, and it's especially hard.
