my new leg routine
back squat 5x5
hack squat 5x5
leg press 3x8
hammy curls 3x8
calf raises both 3x8
single leg for balance and ankle str 3x15
my goal is not to be able to walk ( seriously ) my legs need to get really strong, my diet is healthy enuf, i take some suplpements, nothing major tho, im young and i get enuf rest. this is only once a week so it gives me enough rest in between.
