It"s Leg Day!!!!

I did legs today and my workout was..


plate loaded squat press machine-----2x15 warmups, 3x10 working sets
hack squat------- 3x8 working sets
leg ext.-----3x10
kneeling leg curl-------3x10

Sometimes I will throw in some lunges also.

I was hurting...wait...i still am!! AS far as being made of steel, not yet, but im working on it!!
 
1 warm up set
5 set of regular squats reps start at 8 then 6 then 4 then 2 then 1

then i did box squats 4 sets the reps went 10 8 6 4

front squats 3 sets touch the bar at 18 reps went 6-4-2

i did really deep squats set the bar at 18 went down and touched it for 2 sets of 6 reps

i reped out on leg extension with a 35 on

finaly i did 2 sets of calf raises at 25 reps


i kno i started my weekend off great!!! My legs r killing did this on fri.
 
my new leg routine

back squat 5x5

hack squat 5x5

leg press 3x8

hammy curls 3x8

calf raises both 3x8

single leg for balance and ankle str 3x15

my goal is not to be able to walk ( seriously ) my legs need to get really strong, my diet is healthy enuf, i take some suplpements, nothing major tho, im young and i get enuf rest. this is only once a week so it gives me enough rest in between.
