I know I haven't been on for a few days because of Easter, but come on Alex quotes like:
"The more I learn, the more I realise that there are even more stuff to know!"
-is making me sick since you cannot even spell realize right. Also your basic arithmetic skills need some work too.

"That would mean 210 pounds at 0% bodyfat or approximately 225 pounds at 5% bodyfat!"

-Now I'll do the math slowly 210 at 0% BF so at 10% he would have 21lbs of fat, so take half to get 5% and that would be 10.5lbs now add that to 210 and that would be.... 220.5lbs not 225

"Remember that many sumo wrestlers (sumos are known for their appetites) Are indeed more muscular than pro bodybuilders! AND SUMOS DONT JUICE or train!"

Wrong again! Most Sumo wrestlers have very little pec and shoulder developement or even bicept devcelopement since the work they perform is mostly pushing. Now Mr. O is based on symmetry and the last I noticed the judges liked a nice tapering form with developed shoulders with a lot of symmetry.

Now will do some simple math again. Well Use Needsize for example. 5'7" at 215lbs at about lets say 8%, this equal 197.8 of fat free mass.

Now a sumo wrestler at his same height at the weight of 270lbs and 30% bf (now this is a very conservative number since most Sumo wrestelrs are fatter). This equals 81lbs of fat. So 270lbs minus 81lbs equals...... 189lbs of fat free mass.

So now we can see the bodybuilder has more muscle and better symmetry. Plus you are getting even more ignorant.....

About spelling. I dont check my posts! Furthermore I type so quickly that sometimes I just make mistakes.

Oh my god. I missed by 4.5 pounds. Ok my bad. its 220.5 and not 225. I used my head to quickly. Not a big mistake. My physics teaches cant ad 9 to 6. He gets 14... ahahha.

Plus I am tal;king about 400 pound sumos, not your quarter string dime a dozen who competes at University of Washington or something.

Little pec development? You havent seen them flex their pecs. I once saw a huge sumo wrestler and his chest was much bigger. See "The Quest" with jean Claude Van damme.

Mr 0 is based on symmetry. Correct.
That is why you train [I can place many swewars here to make it funny but being a nice guy I decide not to] !!!!!!

I didnt say "eat and dont train".

Who is ignorant?

Oh I see now an guy ina movie has a big chest so he epitomizes the whole sumo profession.

Were did I mention not training Sumo wrestlers train many hours a day they are just not bodybuilders. This is the same reason a pro line man who weighs 360 and has a lot more muscle than a sumo (if you look at bf percentage) to lose all the fat would be so severe they would lose a lot of muscle. Now you state get Mr. O size naturally, so you can't use probodybuilders for your example of fat loss. Even if you train as a sumo by eating some many calories you get up to 400lbs, and then cut dwon you will lose too much muscle without juice so you primary argument fails.

Why don't you try this regiment and then post your results after a year.

I would say that you can get very big, yes, but your body can only hold so much muscle. any weight you put on after that is fat. The comes roids. They allow you to hold more muscle than your genetics has predefined.

You're primary information comes from a Van Damme movie???? Jesus....get a grip buddy. (You must be in high school.) Tell ya what....go to Japan, see a match, check the guys out then come back and tell me what you think. Better yet, follow a sumo training routine for a year...diet, throwing your shoulder into a wooden post, squats, etc. After you've done that for a year, take the next three months to trim down. I'll see you at Mr. O.

Man, stop while you're already behind. You're turning this into a blood bath. How much punishment can you take?

Well. SUMOS I guess prove you wrong!

They are pretty big and muscular. Sure they are fat, but under fat you have hyper rock hard muscle!

My speculation is that high calories affect your genetics and you grow.

it is possiible to alter your egentic makeup for muscle mass, in extreme situations. This seems to be one of such situations.

So does this mean that I will no longer look like anyone in my family? Wow...this must be the Incredible Hulk theory. I've heard about it.

The "sumo theory" to bodybuilding is not correct for a few good reasons...let me see if I can touch on one or two.

Priest, Kamali...don't get up to 30% bodyfat. When you see those pics of them where they are fat...they MIGHT be 12-14%.

You think that sumo's are completely drug free? No way. These guys are total professionals in their country and you better believe that if they can find or take something to make them bigger or stronger they will. This is their life. Maybe not AAS...but something.

If a sumo wrestler trained like a bodybuilder...they would NOT be a sumo wrestler. They get that fat from eating, sleeping, and doing NOTHING at all. They do not exercise at all. If they lifted weights like a bodybuider...they would lose weight because it would increase their metabolism.

Will you ever have a natural Mr. O? Unless you would rather see a lean 190lb Mr. O someday...NO you will not. You won't see a natural WWF, NFL, MLB, NBA, WSM, either.

In my opinion...the optimum range for gaining muscle is in that 12-16% bodyfat range. Anything less...and you are too catabolic to be anabolic.

Ok. Did you see Lee Priest in offsesaon? His gut has bigger circumference than his height!
No abs and even hint of them are present. That isnt waht I call 12-16% bodyfat.

He weights lean 220 pounds. In offseason he gets up to 300 pounds.
Hmm... Lets see 80 pounds of blubber.

More like in a range of 25-30% bodyfat.

Ands kamlis 50+ inch waist isnt what I call 16% bodyfat.

I think this site stilll has some pics of them (the internebt connectionis working to slow for me to find those pics)
