We all know how everyone juices to get the roid size (210+ pounds at 3% bodyfat at appropriate height)
It seems that there IS a way to reach that muscle level naturally.
FOOD?>??????!!!!!
SUMO wrestlers are the most muscular studs walking around. They are much bigger than Mr Universe. They barely weight train! Howeever what they do is EAT truckload of food each day.
So what if you eat 3 huge meals at 6,000-10,000 calories. AND WEIGHT TRAIN and do a bit of cardio.
Would you be able to gain a muscle size of a mr 0 size naturally. (In many years ofcourse).
Sure it may not be a "pretty" way to reach it. But you reached it non theless. AND without roids (or almost without. Yiou might need roids to cut up)
Like really I think that anyone at medium hight can reach 300 pounds at 30% bodyfat. Given ebough calories. If its not 6000 cals, then its 7000 or 8000
or 10000.
That would mean 210 pounds at 0% bodyfat or approximately 225 pounds at 5% bodyfat!
Remember that many sumo wrestlers (sumos are known for their appetites)
Are indeed more muscular than pro bodybuilders! AND SUMOS DONT JUICE or train!
Now, what if you did weight train and do very light cardio each day to keep some cals off some fat gain....
Could you really become huge muscularly (and cut in due time. Like 1 year of careful cutting). On such plan?
