Hello all!

We all know how everyone juices to get the roid size (210+ pounds at 3% bodyfat at appropriate height)

It seems that there IS a way to reach that muscle level naturally.


FOOD?>??????!!!!!

SUMO wrestlers are the most muscular studs walking around. They are much bigger than Mr Universe. They barely weight train! Howeever what they do is EAT truckload of food each day.


So what if you eat 3 huge meals at 6,000-10,000 calories. AND WEIGHT TRAIN and do a bit of cardio.

Would you be able to gain a muscle size of a mr 0 size naturally. (In many years ofcourse).

Sure it may not be a "pretty" way to reach it. But you reached it non theless. AND without roids (or almost without. Yiou might need roids to cut up)


Like really I think that anyone at medium hight can reach 300 pounds at 30% bodyfat. Given ebough calories. If its not 6000 cals, then its 7000 or 8000
or 10000.

That would mean 210 pounds at 0% bodyfat or approximately 225 pounds at 5% bodyfat!

Remember that many sumo wrestlers (sumos are known for their appetites)
Are indeed more muscular than pro bodybuilders! AND SUMOS DONT JUICE or train!


Now, what if you did weight train and do very light cardio each day to keep some cals off some fat gain....

Could you really become huge muscularly (and cut in due time. Like 1 year of careful cutting). On such plan?

Dude you might be on to something. The only problem I see is losing all that fat without losing alot of the muscle. 100 pounds of lard is alot to lose. Plus you will have to look like shit for YEARS upone YEARS. Sumo's don't get to their weight overnight. And alot of them have really good genetics for packing on size. Ectomorph's probably need not apply.

But you are right about them having HEAPS of muscle. I was watching a sumo show, and their calves which aren't that fat, were HUGE. I mean gigantic. Probably over 25 inches. If they dieted down, they'd have solid 20 plus inch calves easily.
 
My friend use to be very fat, but trimmed down and he was huge. Had a ton of muscles, but was not porportional at all. Also he has alot of loose skin, which hides alot of muscle defination.
 
You's have to have wicked genetics for digestion to eat 6000 - 10000 cals every day! Plus who wants to be 30% bodyfat for 4 years?! Would work quite well if you were in a deserted island with plenty of beef and spuds and a heavy barbell!
 
Well, looks like it should work in Theory.

However recent by Tudor Bompa would indicate otherwise.

What do you mean "not proportionate?".

Theoretically ALL muscle should grow when you overfeed yourself, not just select few. Did you friend work out? and if so, maybe only certain bodyparts - hency why he was unproportionate?

Well to a dedicated bodybuilder it is not a problem.

I would eat shit to be Mr 0!
And so would many people!

What is that exactly?

And it does works in practise. Sumo wrstlers, King kamali, Lee Priest, Tommi and others are getting bigger and bigger through huge overfeeding overfatening during offseason!
