Don't take this the wrong way, but i'm going to be honest with you, it's hard to see your lower body from the pics, it would be better if you had a standing up shot, but from what I can see, I think you need to put alittle more muscle on your legs.
I have posted up what I eat, and just recently added 3 x a week, cardio. don't want to lose too much muscle. but, I tore my acl, so all cardio is out for now.
I just try to eat clean, lots of protein, lower the calories a little bit, and still lift heavy !!

Thanks for your advice. I was doing cardio 3 days a week, 40 min each. training with 40 lb db's lunges, squats, step-ups, deadlifts etc, 2 x a week.
But it all came to a screaching halt, when I recently tore my acl !!!!! I can't do any lower body work or cardio for quite a while now. after my surgery & rehab it will be several months before I can do anything lower body.
With that limitation the best you can do is preserve the muscle you do have and don't add too much fat. I don't know how restricted your movements will be, but if you can do something like yoga or pilates, that might help w/ any muscle atrophy from non-use -- well except whatever is under a cast. You should consult your doc on that & possibly start looking into physical therapy. It sounds like you're grounded for a while so you're gonna be antsy to be doing something & worrying about your diet. Get a realistic schedule and plan from whatever physical therapy resources you have available so you don't sort of self-train and overdo. And until then, do what you can and watch the diet. I'd put your current diet into fitday.com, see the macronutrient breakdowns. I dont' know your current weight -- but probably around 1700 cals & maybe a 40/30/30 breakdown.
