You need the entire URL in there. Here's what you need to do:

copy the entire URL of the link (http://www....)

click in "reply to thread" in this thread

you'll get the little window where you reply to threads. there's a little yellow square under the [size] tab. Click on it. A window will pop up. paste the copied link into the pop-up window.

that's it.

i think 12 pounds is unrealistic, as well. You need to get your body fat measured.

Well, my lower body, has a lot of flabby softness to it, so I am hoping to lose a few, what I am most pround of is how I made my upper body look.

want to keep it that wat too !
