I just planned out my spring bulker which is long and heavy. Here is what it looks like:
Weeks 1-3
prop 100mg/ed
fina 100mg/ed
Weeks 4-7
prop 100mg/ed
cyp 1000mg/ew
fina100mg/ed
Weeks 8-12
cyp 1000mg/ew
fina100mg/ed
Weeks 13-30
cyp 1000mg/ew
deca 600mg/ew
EQ 600mg/ew

Nolva all the way through from day 1. And bromo on hand along with l-dex.
I do not want critique on cycle but my protein carb fat intake. Also claorie advice. I am not writing my whole diet I think everything iss in check except carbs.

Protein: 524g
Carbs: 110g
Fat: 85g
Calories:3301

My question is should I bump up the carbs? Seemed low for bulking but I put on fat really easy. Scared of bulking and having more fat than muscle. Anyways input is appreciated.
 
I would find it hard to consume 3300cal while only getting 110g of carbs..but thats just me...id say up em a bit
 
Stats? Cycle history? That's a shitload of gear - you better be an all-star, otherwise you're as good as running battery acid for blood :o

Also I would frontload prop wk1-4 at 100mg/ed and run long esters (alternate deca and eq) from the outset, and finish off with prop/fina :o
 
I'm a bit concerned about this. You are using the amount of gear I would expect from someone getting ready to compete on a serious level, but you are only going to consume 3300 calories a day when bulking, which implies to me "tiny guy". What are your stats? No, I do not think your diet is ideal for the drug stack you are using.
 
Actually I am 5'11" 230lbs with around 12% bf on the calipers I have. I am planning a show for Oct or Nov. This will be cycle 6 or 7
 
You are 230 and bulk on 3300 calories? Damn.

In any event I would add more essential fats.

I would add at least 200 more carbs and 100 more grams of healthy fats. If lean mass is your goal, than the numbers I gave are a bit high, but you did say bulk, so I think there fine. :)

Also your cycle is quite long and fairly high dosed. To each his own, but just make sure you know what your getting yourself into.
