u guys are always saying overtraining, but when i do this much i dont even get sore really. also when i look in bodybuilding magazines always sample routines by bodybuilders r usually like 4 exerscises, 4 sets each. y would they do this if it is overtraining??????

Do you believe everything you see in those "bodybuilder magazines"? Typically, the professional bodybuilder is on a whole truckload of the finest gear available, therefore speeding up their recovery time and allowing them to do extraordinary things in the gym. You didn't, by chance, read that in "Muscle & Fiction" did you?

If you train heavy and hard with a lower volume, you will get results. If you aren't getting results, then you need to take a look at why. Maybe you aren't eating/sleeping enough? Maybe you aren't training with the intensity that you are capable of.

Not a flame, just my two cents.

Too much pressing.
Start on flies to pre exhaust the pecs (4sets).
Then do 2 other movements of your choice (presses / incline flies etc.) for no more than 12 sets. Change the angles each workout slightly, rather than trying to hit all angles in one session - you are overtraining.

Don't worry about lifting the biggest possible weights all the time either, I know you do - hence bench press being your first movement with heavy weight. Do your reps after a warmup at 12,10,8,6. Intesity it what it is about and hitting the muscle fully, if you want to really grow.
