I take a banana and then slice it up into about 10-12 slices. I put them on a plate and then count out 1-2 dark chocolate chips for each slice and then melt the chocolate. I then drizzle the chocolate out onto the banana(about a dime sized drop on each banana slice) and put it in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes and then DEVOUR! I have a REALLY hard time with sweets, it always KILLS my diet but this snack seems to curb that desire. Am I just blowing my diet if I eat this cheat food say every other day?
