Is this cheat food that bad fo rme?

I take a banana and then slice it up into about 10-12 slices. I put them on a plate and then count out 1-2 dark chocolate chips for each slice and then melt the chocolate. I then drizzle the chocolate out onto the banana(about a dime sized drop on each banana slice) and put it in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes and then DEVOUR! :) I have a REALLY hard time with sweets, it always KILLS my diet but this snack seems to curb that desire. Am I just blowing my diet if I eat this cheat food say every other day?
 
If you freeze the banana and then drip the melted chocolate on it and then sit on it...its alot healthier diet-wise.

Just kiddin dude.....its not that bad. Eating chips or greasy oily shit is much worse for you. I eat a banana everyday...not frozen though. LOL.

I only freeze it for a short bit to solidify the chocolate, but it does taste more "desserty" when cold. lol

Dude, go to the natty food store and get those bananas that are covered in that sugar free chocolate. real good.
 
That sounds like a great snack! 20 or so chocolate chips really doesn't sound that bad. If that was the only thing you're doing that's considered "cheating" then you're doing pretty good! Also, here's one of my fav cheat food idea that's not really cheat food. I posted this earlier in another thread:

Protein Pudding

- 1 packet of Jello Pudding "Fat Free" (whatever flavour)
- 1.5 Scoops of Whey protein (whatever flavour)
- 1 cup or 1.5 cups milk
- 1 cup or .5 cups water (mix milk and water to your desired consitancy)

This makes an Awesome healthy high protein snack anytime of the day. Enjoy!
 
The pudding is the bomb for sure. EA used to have a recipe book for like 20 diff flavors (like Key Lime Pie.......i love that shit)

The pudding is also really filling.

I have to be careful about the sugar free or diet type food. A lot of that stuff gives me VERY painful gas cramps and the smeeliest farts one could imagine. I may try it though cuz the smell doesn't bother me, the cramps do. :)
