What type of form are you using for DLs and GMs? convention vs sumo? Arched back/bent over/straight leg/bent leg/wide stance/narrow stance, etc...for GMs?**********************
DLs I really feel it on the conventions.
And with the GMs Arched back/bent legs/ wide and narrow stance I feel it on..
I have a problem with this on occassion too, and have been to a sport med phys about it. He did an MRI and CT...said nothing wass wrong, that it just gets inflamed when the muscle moves a certain way sometimes. *******************************
Do you think yours is a muscle or nerve?
I've had it to hurt all the way down in the bottom of my foot.
I found that doing GM's with the jumpstretch bands everyday has helped me with lower back and hip circulation and recovery.

So you stretch your legs and lower back each day with bands and this has helped?
I've benn taking some Advil and I know this is not a good thing.
