a good friend of mine ate sushi about 5 times a week for 8 weeks before his competition. Mind you he only ate the sushimi not the sushi because the sushi has tons of carbs in them. Actually i dont mind the sushimi, its not as bad as i thought it would be.
Or what i do sometimes is i take away half of the rice from the piece of sushi that way i am cutting the carb intake.....give it a try.
