What are the facts about Sushi? My girlfriend loves the stuff and she wants to lose weight? Is it a go ahead or not? Thanks guys.

Very good topic, I was just thinking about it sitting at a sushi place with a bunch of friends last night. Anyone knows anything about it please share your opinions.

a good friend of mine ate sushi about 5 times a week for 8 weeks before his competition. Mind you he only ate the sushimi not the sushi because the sushi has tons of carbs in them. Actually i dont mind the sushimi, its not as bad as i thought it would be.

Or what i do sometimes is i take away half of the rice from the piece of sushi that way i am cutting the carb intake.....give it a try.

But it's like bying a slice of pizza and only eating cheese off of it. But I guess it'll work.
