I've used it with Ostarine on a mild cut and I'll gladly share my experience with you, my friend.
I took 2 caps 30 minutes in the morning before eating 100+ carbs and 2 caps after workout before eating 100+ carbs. I felt like by taking it at times where your muscles are craving carbs utilizes it to it's maximum potential. I definately noticed fuller muscles, but remember I was on Ostarine. However, I definately contribute alot of it to Need2Slin. This was my normal carbohydrate intake, too. All I was doing was more cardio.
Essentially, what I felt like it did was it utilized those excess carbs I consumed and shuttled them into my body. It also made more efficient use of the carbs my body did need. I imagine less carbs would end up being stored as fat, as well, since they are being shuttled into your muscles
