Dude I was beyond sympathetic but somebody needs to break it down for this dude. You think what your soon2b ex is bad? puh-lease.

A judge imputed a 40 hour work week to me even though I normally worked part-time. I was a certified personal trainer and didnt like to work past 3PM when my four kids got out of school as they needed me for homework and such. If I had to take clients in the evenings to make ends meet, I did. But that meant that my kids were stuck in the gym childcare practically all day, every day. I was getting childsupport AND foodstamps but still couldnt make enough to take care of us (you think MAYBE my ex withheld his corporate income tax returns to artificially deflate his income? Just ONE of the tricks he used to screw MY CHILDREN out of money). So when the hours became available I jumped at the chance to train clients 5AM EVERY monday thru friday. So what did this judge do?

HE TOOK CUSTODY FROM ME THAT TIME BECAUSE WHAT SORT OF MOTHER WOULD WORK FROM 5AM IN THE MORNING. Oh yeah, and I forgot... my kids were being abused in the gym childcare too. (Same as me and every other person that came in contact with my kids through me - EVERYONE "abused" them )

So I cut back on my hours to get my kids back (which I did a few months later) then what does my gym do?

THEY FIRED ME BECAUSE THERE WAS NO WAY I COULD BE AS "PRODCTIVE" HAVING CUT BACK MY HOURS LIKE THAT AND NO ONE WANTED TO DEAL WITH MY CRAZY EX ACCUSING THEM OF ABUSING MY KIDS AGAIN AND AGAIN. Only ONE of my old co-workers would sign and affidavit saying she used the gym childcare for YEARS and never was her son hurt in anyway. What did the rest of the administration do? FUCKING FIRE ME to get rid of my problem ex.

So please.... I'll cry you a river now.

I walked away from a 11 1/2 yr marriage (13 yr partnership) with little more than my bare ass. I gave up all alimoney even though I stayed home with our kids 24/7 for 9 years till I returned to work VERY part-time as a fitness model. Before then I cooked, cleaned, took care of children and helped him run the office for our business. I paid childsupport UPFRONT to the tune of 20K. (which I never got any back even though the children were in his custody - which I yielded hoping to spare THE CHILDREN further pain of being dragged in and out of court as they had been for nearly 3 years - for 6 months). I gave up ALL CLAIMS to a lucrative business that was HALF MINE.

I got 5K.

Puh-lease.... my ex was paying me a little over ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS PER WEEK for four kids. My rent was just under a thousand. How THE FUCK do you think he managed that? I had sole physical at the time as he couldnt make them go to school. That's right, my kids chose to live in abject poverty with their mother in a one bedroom apartment over a 4 bedroom home in a very afluent community without her. Then my ex moved back to our community and the judge SU SPONTE decided to halve my kids like little fucking dogs even though they were all doing very well in school (straight A's and B's), playing musical instruments and HAPPY but for their spermdonor's constant bullshit....

Since that time when this same judge that has destroyed my family for ignoring FACTS and ruling for my ex ALL my kids are failing or near failing, my 14 y/o is smoking pot, cigarettes, runs the streets with boys and I found at the she is DEFINITELY sexually active and being dumped by boys right after she sleeps with them, my second has resorted to cutting as her life is HELL, my third is quickly following behind the oldest and my baby still seems to have it somewhat together as hormones have not yet hit.

So preach on my brother..... preach on.

I am NOT like most women. I treated my ex more than fairly and I got fucked not only out of money, but my children, my job, my life.

And I still push on and have pretty much shut the fuck up about it as

A - doesnt do any good to bitch anyway as it only gives my scumbag piece of shit ex more power over me.

and

B - nobody gives a fat rat's ass about it anyway.


See, it took me to lose everything before I got a clue, but baby, I got one.

She is asking for the statutory amount... which is completely inflated and although I would have custody (based on her proposal) 50% of the time, I would only get 34% reduction in the amount I would pay, and there are some other math tricks that both sides can do...

Assuming it was 100% the statutory amount - she is still using the legal system to try to force me to pay her an amount of of money. She is seeking the assistance of a legal system that she is herself running very afoul of... it is going to backfire on her.

Same as a drug dealer that calls the cops when someone steals his stash. He may have very well have been stolen from, but it's generally not going to be a good idea to involve the people directly in a situation when they are simply going to end up busting you.
