What is the point though.... I have a fast metabolism and can eat junk and stay reasonably cut... so why don't I do this?
1- I want to maximize protein intake. Fast food, ice cream, donuts, etc is very inefficient in this regard. If you are trying to consume 400-600grams of protein a day, getting it from foods that have lots of other empty calories results in a completely absurd volume of food. Hell, the feeling of bloat from fast food can still be felt 3 hours later...at which time you should be eating again.
2- Less energy, unstable blood sugar levels....getting queesy while lifting.
3- Not enough fiber. The whole "Autopsies of John Wayne and Elvis show they had 40lbs of undigested meat in their colons" rumor comes to mind.
4- Cost. It is alot cheaper for me to buy healthy food in bulk than stop at Burger King every 2 hours.
5- Health. Even if you stay lean, steroids are going to screw with your blood lipid profiles, especially stuff like winstrol. A healthy ratio of good fats to saturated fats will help offset this somewhat.
6- Taste. Do you actually like the taste of fried grade D beef and pre-packaged condiments?
7- Pre-disposition to gyno. I have read your problems with this issue before. The fact is that if you have gyno a higher proportune of bodyfat you add will go in the nip area. If you have no hard tissue lumps I would bet that using yohimburn and cutting BF to sub 10% at the least would eliminate your man breasts.
