Is it possible to eat a burger and fries..

every day and still get your bodyfat down to 15%? Does anyone else here eat fast food daily?
 
its all about calorie manipulation, you can especially get away with it if you eat after your workout, although add a protein shake in there
 
A guy I know eats nothing but, cheeseburgers and fast food, and believe me he is a nasty freak!! But it probably has something to do with him taking GH and t3? lol hehehehe
 
you can eat all the red meat you want-just NO BREAD-of course it is better to buy meat from the butcher and cook it at home-mcdonald's type meat is CRAP
 
It all depends on your metabolism.Some people can,others cant.Just keep an eye on your waistline,that will tell you everything you need to know.
 
I don't worry about eating burgers at decent restaurants but fast food is pretty nasty. Then again 15% isn't that high of a goal, IMHO.

If you're in the gym every day (I do cardio on off days) then you can probably eat anything you want.
 
I'll start playing basketball within a few weeks. Maybe that will help me cut. The rest of my meals are pretty low fat. I eat a lot of baked chicken and rice and drink skim milk.
 
my roomate does it and is ripped as fuck... A normal meal at wendys for him is 3 tx dbl cheeseburgers, 2 5 peice nuggets, biggie fries, and biggie dr pepper... and still stays shredded

rice and milk are not too great for cutting
 
I agree that it has much to do with metabolism. I eat everything in site, and eat fast food all the time. My diet is terrible except that I do get all the protein I need. I am just going for calories to gain size. And I stay lean and cut, with no cardio, and I am sure it is becasue I have a sky high metabolism.
On the other hand, if your metabolism is slow, I would recommend the tuna and salad approach....heh
 
Depends on what else you eat of course. I managed to eat a burger almost every day and still be under 10% bf ! But then I was eating to little of everything else... So depends lots of you metabolism I guess as well...
 
Is it possible? with enouph drugs in your system just about anything is possible, but why would you want to touch that shit, if you are already polluting you body with various anabolic/lypotropic drugs, why not take the next step and try to minimize other health risks/problems. If you are bulking then by all means eat the burgers, but if you want to look good then stay away from that shit.
 
I dont know about the rest of you guys..but im a great believer of the calories in v.s calories out theory. The way i see it...u can eat this as long as you dont go over your maintenance calorie limit. I dont know...thats the way it works for me.
 
What is the point though.... I have a fast metabolism and can eat junk and stay reasonably cut... so why don't I do this?

1- I want to maximize protein intake. Fast food, ice cream, donuts, etc is very inefficient in this regard. If you are trying to consume 400-600grams of protein a day, getting it from foods that have lots of other empty calories results in a completely absurd volume of food. Hell, the feeling of bloat from fast food can still be felt 3 hours later...at which time you should be eating again.

2- Less energy, unstable blood sugar levels....getting queesy while lifting.

3- Not enough fiber. The whole "Autopsies of John Wayne and Elvis show they had 40lbs of undigested meat in their colons" rumor comes to mind.

4- Cost. It is alot cheaper for me to buy healthy food in bulk than stop at Burger King every 2 hours.

5- Health. Even if you stay lean, steroids are going to screw with your blood lipid profiles, especially stuff like winstrol. A healthy ratio of good fats to saturated fats will help offset this somewhat.

6- Taste. Do you actually like the taste of fried grade D beef and pre-packaged condiments?

7- Pre-disposition to gyno. I have read your problems with this issue before. The fact is that if you have gyno a higher proportune of bodyfat you add will go in the nip area. If you have no hard tissue lumps I would bet that using yohimburn and cutting BF to sub 10% at the least would eliminate your man breasts.
