You need to have the old fashion oats not instant in a packet. You can add cinn and splenda to taste.This is good in the morning.
Try adding in a sweet potatoe to one of your protien meals
Most guys go for 1.5-2 grams of protien per pound of weight.

They have them at any grocery store the say "Old Fashion Oats" either 5 min or 1 min oats, and come in a small or large tub. Quaker is the most popular sold and then each store has their own brand. They do not come in a box or packet.
There are so many ways to prepare them to make it not so boring,
splenda cinnamon
fruit
sugar free fruit preserves
protein powder
ANPB or ANAB
unsweetened cocoa
suger free maple syrup
