Is bread ok?

so ur saying as long as i can control my urges for more and fit it into my daily calorie intake ill be good?

No breads are processed. If you are cutting they should not be in your diet at all. During a cutting cycle you should eliminate all processed foods.
More of your daily intake of carbs should be coming from fiborous carbs {veggies} not starchy carbs. Try keeping the starchy's low and choose non-processed ones like sweet potatoes.

man there's this new flavored tuna in smaller cans out there, like tomato basil, spicy peanut satay, thai, lemon etc, they're usually low in any sort of sugar additives (3-4g) and contain a boat load of protein, and taste great!

Im cutting right now so NO BREAD for me. My carbs consist of all natural oatmeal and brown rice...apple here and there and LOTS of veggies. Bread is REALLY processed but when I wasnt cutting, I liked to make my own bread out of natural whole wheat flour and flaxmeal....so GOOD....if you know how to cook, although bread is fairly simple to make. Ive played around with it too, like I would add cinnamon and raisins..apples... to the bread, Ive also added in jalapenjo(spell?) peppers , tomato, basil.....ive done the garlic bread thing and use butter flavored cooking spray.....so many varieties. Also, you are lucky since you are a man...so you can get away with eating bread b.c you carry more lean mass than a woman does. I on the other hand will just store bread in my ass ...for some reason...so when cutting its a NO!!!!.....they have low carb/low sugar bread I think, just keep in mind that even the good kind of whole wheat/whole grain braid is SUPER processed, has coloring dye in it, and is most of the time fortified/enriched with minerals since the wheat kernel is damaged in processing...
-Hope this helps u make the RIGHT carb option choices!!!

thanks i appreciate all the help. right now im workin on a meal plan i have cut the bread out so this is what im lookin at right now tell me what ya think.

morning:protien shake before run
after run/before lift: chicken breast (with another protien shake only on lift day)
3:00 tuna or salmon in a can no bread
5:cottage cheese lowfat or more tuna.
8: more chicken breast, some veggie, soup.
11: more cottage cheese and thats it for the night.

Your calorie intake is MOSTLY protein. I would recommend adding in all natural oatmeal and brown rice. Do you know anything about ketosis?. Have you ever gone on fitday.com???

dont know a thing about ketosis but one thing is i heard you need to have at least 1 gram of protien per pound of body weight if you really want to see weightlifting results thats why i try to stay so high with the protien. ill check the site out though.
