I IrishPower New member Jan 1, 2003 #2 this is a NEW thing. this only occurs once every week on a saturday to accomodate the one day i can train with my new partner. it is a lot of gear usage. i am only 1 month into it so i will let you know soon. it is a big experiment for me. the bench is sort of a metal militia style workout and i am trying to do the squat like this as well.
