Recently my shoulder has been acting up, more specifically my left front delt. It's not a case of a weak rotator cuff because I always work them, and I don't think it's hurt because I took a month off and now just started and it's still there. So what's happening is Any exercise I do, my left front delt jumps in and takes the pressure from the weight whether it's bench or arm curls, triceps... I can feel it tense up and get hard as if it's being used in the exercise ( which it shouldn't be) my form is close to perfect btw.. And it's only my left front delt that does this, the right one never feels activated unless I'm purposely doing a shoulder exercise.. Anyone have this issue...? Thanks
