Hello all. My name is Eddy and I just turned 22. Ive been lifting on and off four about 5 years- (4 of those years w/ no plan or goal in mind ) I lift now for fitness and health but my goal is strength/sports improvement. I plan on getting back into the amateur boxing scene and seeing how far I can go- Nationals,Olympics,etc. Lifting is a staple of my training and I think this is a great forum to interact w/ like-minded persons.
I'm 5'10 165ish with a LOW bf%. I'll be competing in boxing at the 152 weight class. Although I don't ever max here are some of my lifts
DL- 345 x3
SQUAT- 295x2 ass to floor
FLAT BENCH- 210x4
