I am just trying to get as much knowledge as possible. I figured that it could be utilized in the same way in the morning as post workout because your body is in a similar state. I am aware that I don't know exactly how to use slin.. so therefore I am trying to become as educated as possible.
when you wake up your blood sugar is low. thats why historically people usually have sugary type things in the morning like pancakes, danishes, orange juice, etc. so its just not a good idea to a newb to slin to take it upon waking. be conservative with it.
i know its off subject of this thread but i thought it would be a good addition saying this... today though we eat sugars as a treat (most in the western diet) which is why the country is so obese. most people who eat sugar have way too much that they don't need.
reason being you just went 8 hours or so fasting. so its important to get in a solid breakfast (i'm talking the general population not those who are doing IF or whatever) many people do not eat breakfast and they wonder why their metabolism is so slow. i tell them have a veggie shake for breakfast and that is the best thing to speed up metabolism for someone who wants to lose weight (especially middle aged women)
