Insulin against rules?? :/

I have read that you want to use 1 iu of insulin for every 20 pounds of weight to start out, and then consume 10 grams of carbs for every IU. So if I wanted to go about giving Humulin R a try.. would this be a good layout? I am 220 pounds.

Post Workout:
10 iu Insulin
75-100 gram Dextrose
50 gram Whey

1 Hour Later:
Chicken Breast
Sweet Potatoe
Veggies

Well, you are definitely on to something but you are not exactly quite there.

Here is how you want to do it.

Week 1. 2 IUs ED on workout days.
Week 2. 5 IUS ED
Week 3. 7 IUs ED
Week 4. 10 IUs ED

This way gives your body time to adjust and adapt to the slin without fucking yourself up. You don't want to just jump right into doing 10 IUs ED, because you don't know how you are going to react to the slin.

Again, we are in game that everyone reacts differently to different substances. Hence, if you are going to try slin do yourself a favor and take it the way I explained above.

Don't take slin more than 6-8 weeks at a time because there is a good chance you can become insulin dependent, or even become a self-induced diabetic.

As for taking 10 grams of carbs for every IU, that is a good protocol to start out at. As you get a feel for the slin you can bump it up some if you like, I do..

You post workout meal looks good.

Now with the Humulin R, it is active for up to 8 hours. So it would effect more then just the pwo and ppwo meals, correct? So you would want a similar meal to your ppwo meal a few hours later? And then another one after that? Should you shoot for the same amount of carbs that were in the previous meals, or gradually lower them? Avoid fats in these meals too? And besides the dextrose post workout, do you want to stay with low glycemic carbs for the next meals.. or do you want to still eat high glycemic carbs in the meals after the injection? Sorry, I have many questions lol. Thanks in advance if you take the time to answer them.

Slin should be injected immediately after you workout in the restroom or wherever you feel like. Because glucose levels are at its lowest right after you workout, and your objective is to replenish muscle glycogen that what used up during your workout as soon as possible. I suppose if you live 2 minutes away from the gym you train at you can wait until you go home to inject, but I recommend injecting ASAP because you don't want your depleted muscles to start to waste away. After injecting drink your protein and simple carbs, then about an hour later eat a fat free protein and complex carb meal, then 2 hours later eat another protein complex carb meal. By then the slin will be out of your system. This is the Humulin R protocol...

how do you do this? do you take the insulin with you to the gym or leave it in your car? my concern is if you leave it in your car will the heat make it go bad? i could load up the syringe and take just that with me and then after the workout inject and drink my shake and keep them in a cooler .. i live a solid 35 minutes from the gym and i usually like to stop on the way home at the grocery store to buy some fresh food, so i'm trying to figure out the best way

another thing the lady at the pharmacy told me that once its punctured it will last 30 days and doesn't need to be kept in the fridge, i'm not sure if this is accurate either. i've always thought it was good for a solid 6 months or more as long as its kept in the fridge.

Put it my gym bag and bring into the gym with me. When I'm done training I go in the stall in the restroom and pop it, then I drink my shake. Then I go home and my bitch has my food ready for me :).

You are going to have to figure out you own schedule, I can't do everything :).

No, HR does not technically have to be put in the fridge, it will be fine at room temperature. But I'm paranoid so I put mine in the fridge anyway. Too hard to trust room temperature in the summer even with central air. I would put it in the fridge. Better safe than sorry..

Also, could that same protocol be used upon waking?

Now, I don't want to be an asshole to you but you don't even know how to use slin PWO and you are asking about using it first thing in the morning. Don't be ridiculous! PWO is the most conservative time to use slin without going hypo, but there still is that chance. Upon waking is the most dangerous time to use slin. I'm experienced at this and I don't use it upon waking. Just don't do it!!!

I am just trying to get as much knowledge as possible. I figured that it could be utilized in the same way in the morning as post workout because your body is in a similar state. I am aware that I don't know exactly how to use slin.. so therefore I am trying to become as educated as possible.

Can anyone speculate what it would do if you used GW-50 with slin? Possibly dangerous? Or safer because you could use less insulin (In theory)
