Now with the Humulin R, it is active for up to 8 hours. So it would effect more then just the pwo and ppwo meals, correct? So you would want a similar meal to your ppwo meal a few hours later? And then another one after that? Should you shoot for the same amount of carbs that were in the previous meals, or gradually lower them? Avoid fats in these meals too? And besides the dextrose post workout, do you want to stay with low glycemic carbs for the next meals.. or do you want to still eat high glycemic carbs in the meals after the injection?
