injury update

To all that read I was recently injured while doin incline because the spotter pull the bar to him on the 5th rep with 265 before I could get ready for him to do so and my left shoudler was killing me. I laid off it for 2 weeks and di some of the excercises that many members suggsted (thanks guys). today I did chest and shoulders and I did 255 for 8 reps all nice and smooth down to my chest and up with no bounce or any pain as well, had a great spotter (close friend). So my suggestion for those with rotater problem and delt strains, try warming up thouroughly and doing many rotator cuff excercise....

try overhead squats with light weights - works very well for me in rehabing cuffs, and warmping up that area for bench work etc
 
Sounds like things are getting better. Keep up the good work!! It looks like I have finally found someone who regularly uses inclines in their routine. . . excellent work!!
