To all that read I was recently injured while doin incline because the spotter pull the bar to him on the 5th rep with 265 before I could get ready for him to do so and my left shoudler was killing me. I laid off it for 2 weeks and di some of the excercises that many members suggsted (thanks guys). today I did chest and shoulders and I did 255 for 8 reps all nice and smooth down to my chest and up with no bounce or any pain as well, had a great spotter (close friend). So my suggestion for those with rotater problem and delt strains, try warming up thouroughly and doing many rotator cuff excercise....
