X,

Nice article on the MKD .. have a question for you:

What is the reasoning of using the 'slin + protien after am cardio as opposed to using the 'slin + protien post weight workout? More insulin sensitive after workout, further muscle glycogen depleation, yadda yadda yadda.

There is not much difference, yet post-workout insulin might be more effective in brining protein into the muscle via insulin transport. I set-up the program for post morning cardio for two reasons:
1)So, no fat is eaten prior, hence making fat gain almost imposible
2)Cardio lowers blood sugar and, in turn, releases Ketones. (same with weights) Yet, weights deplete muscle glycogen and, as a result, drop blood sugar more drastically then cardio. This might be a problem for some people that are more hypo. than others. Now, the understand people have to get is: protein/slin combo is purely for recover, nothing else. It help you grow to your full potential while shedding fat.

I'm assuming that you are lifting with the same schedule as with your TKD?, right?
In that case, what is lifting intensity like on the MKD?

Considering the fact that you are always in positive nitrogen balance due to the protien/insulin combo, your lift are going to increase with time, using the TKD lifting schedule if you'd like. Or whatever you use.
