Good stuff, now I pose a question. I was getting ready to DC's routine monday for mass, would it be better if I did something with more volume for mass and do DC's for strength, or HIT for strength?
I wasn't going to do barbell bench for DC's routine because I was gonna work that after and build strength, but from what I gather if I want to get stronger in my BB bench I should do it during a HIT style or DC style routine.
I heard alot of people gained mass on DC's routine so now I am confused, I guess I will have to try it out for myself and see the results but I would apreciate a reply from someone with knowledge on the subject.
