Congratulations! I know you don't know me!....my wife is pregnant, too! Very fit, just like you! She's running 5x/week and eating salmon, oats, plain yogurt, and vegetables....occasional chocolate and peanut butter.....oh, and hot cocoa (which actually has a lot of iron!).
Anyway, we're having a boy! Due in October! A friend told her to buy the Baby Budget Book or something like that.....very descriptive on what you need to register for and product reviews!
