Im new, overfat and 18

I dont know exact, ounzes and what not... usually about 2-3eggs, 8oz OJ/Milk, a heavy on the meat sandwhich for the protein, 1 can of tuna, a little mayo, and the meats are about.... a small chicken breast size. What I consider "small meals". I used to eat LARGE amounts of food, like... you wouldnt believe.

keep a small pad of paper in your pocket and write down everything u put in your mouth, food and drink. Best way to make daily assessments IMO.

Keep a food log for at least 1 week so that way you know how much you are eating, when you are eating. Then post it here. we will give input and let you know what adjustments need to be made, then the next week you will try to make those adjustments. If you are able to, then you can probably drop the foodlog as long as you feel comfortable with your routine.

Well, I feel pretty good, I knew a little something after all hehe. Anyway this is my meals.

Breakfest - Eggbeaters - OJ - Milk
Snack - Protein shake/bar
Lunch - Lunch meat sandwhich or some chicken or tuna
Snack - Protein shake/bar (low carb)
Dinner - Steak, Chicken, Pork and salad (no carbs)

All while drinking plenty of water. Hows it sound?

Alright you need to look deeper into your diet. Milk can mean a lot of diffrent things...2%? 1%? Skim? What kind of protien shake or bar? how much fat or Cals does it have? How much sugar?. What kind of bread are you putting on the sandwich? Wheat? White? Whole grain? Carbs are always bad. Just make sure you dont eat 10 hrs. before your cardio. I have been on roughly the same diet getting around 3000 Cals a day without a whole lot of cheating and I am down 6lbs in 2.5 weeks. Thats still with lifting heavy 5 days outta the week. I am at about 19% so I know how you feel. Just go in the dieting forum....THEY KNOW TONS. Dont worry about Mr X... he sounds like a dick and the reason he does is because he is a fuckin Brainiac when it comes down to nutrion and gear. ;) GOOD LUCK. And dont cheat.
