Ive been training so hard and dieting very well, 3 months ago my hands started to hurt whilst lifting. I ignored the pain and it just got worse. I went to the docs they said i got trigger finger. All i know is i got inflamed tendons in both hands and a pain in my delts occurs ever so often. Im on ibuprofen yeah its great it helps. It make the pain feel like its completely gone until i lift the kettle and then it aches all the way through. Its been 3 n a half months. I want to train again so badly and i dont know what to do anymore i need help on how to resolve this problem! ?????

ibuprofen only worsens tendon issues. You dont want to take an area(tendons) that alreadys has dick for blood flow and cut the blood flow off even more by taking an anti inflammatory.
Trust me, I have major tendon issues. I have done heat, ice, massage, rest, accupuncture, electrostim, Nsaids, Prolo thereapy, ect....
I have no experience with the finger thing. But I would bet a million bucks that even without examination the delt pain is a rotator issue.

Damn!!, thanks for the insight to ibuprofen..
Im going to stick to the heat and a stress ball?? Help increase bloodflow.
It sucks sitting around and not training

Ibuprofen will also bend your kidneys over and ass rape them if taken for long periods(especially the perscription 800mg ones). I have the bloodwork papers to prove that shit too. Also never ever take celebrex!!

Tendonitis is a temporary condition that will go away if rested/rehabed. Ice works, mild ibuprofen can initially take some of the inflamation down.

Tendinosis is the chronic version that keeps recurring or just wont go away at all. Needs heat to aid in blood flow to help promote healing.

For tendon problems like this where its just fucked up and the tissue is degenerative due to abuse/injury the only real fix is prolotherapy. Or PRP injections. Google them.
I do prolo regularly on both shoulders and elbows. Going monday as a matter of fact.

Glucosamine and stuff like that doesnt work on tendons. That shit is for cartiledge and joints. Doesnt do shit for soft tissue.
"Cissus" is something that will also work. or "cissus quadralingulus". You can safely take a ton of this shit daily and it can help tendons specifically.
You want bulk powder. Not the pre capped shit from supp companies. Way more for your money with powder. Real Cissus is brown too, not white. Look on ebay.
You can cap it yourself, or mix it with a drink. It tastes like drinking an ashtray though.
It does take a while to build up in your system though so dont think it will work on a week or 10 days cause it likely wont.
Another plus is that Cissus has anabolic properties.
I used to take about 6-7 times the recomended dose every day. Which is well in the safe zone.

Woow very helpful. I will try the cissus and the injections. I got an appointment on monday with a specialist see if he will refer me for it.

Ive only been using mild ibuprofen but now its going in the bin.
With cissus am i looking for brands on enay such as primeforce, fitmax, pure, usp labs award winning formula? Do u still take cissus? And does the injections actually strengthen the tendon like it claims? How often do u go to have the injection?
Thanks for your help man i appreciate it!

Burnthiscorpse is spot on not using NSAID's! I wouldn't go so far as to throw it away. It is good for a fever and flu symptoms. Not good for healing. Can be brutal on you kidneys and not all that kind to your liver if used long term.

Good luck and let us know how it goes for you.

As far as prolotherapy explanation, you really should google it and read up on it. You'll learn better than me explaining it.
If I wasnt training and getting prolo I would go every month.
I will be going now every 70 days. (see my thread in this section "7-10 days off every 8 weeks) because im at a point where I just need maintinence.
Although Im about to try something similar but more extreme called PRP injections(platelet rich plasma). Along with some HGH and or IGF to try and heal the shit once and for all.

Im not currently taking cissus. I will be starting again soon. My wife takes it though. The stuff we get is the stuff in the black container with the yellow lable. 100g. Primaforce.
I like to stock up but you cant buy too much at once cause if the powder gets a hint of moisture in it it will turn into a big hard cake. So I buy 2 or 3 at a time.
It doesnt bother me but some people get wicked indegestion/heart burn from Cissus.

Damnn! I want to get this pain over once and for all
Wish me luck!!
Okay thank you for your advice on everything! I will look it to it all further.
I wish u all the best

Thanks again
