Haven't had too much spare time to work out or keep a decent diet. Haven't gained or lost anything just kind of maintained weight over past 1 year or so. Will be getting back in the gym 4x a week and need a diet to go with it. I'm not looking to bulk, if anything just keep whatever muscle I have and lean out. Currently I'm at 6'5'' and 248.

I'd much appreciate if you guys could post some of your diets up. Without it, i'll just stay semi fat. Anyway, thanks in advance for all your help..

I don't have a "diet" per se, but I'm currently trying to "cut" and am thusly in a calorie deficit mode. I'm going high protein, low carb, low fat and its working..albeit rather slowly. I could be stricter, but I choose not to.

Are you doing cardio?

thats sort of what's kept me from getting fat and in decent shape with little time to work out. I want to get back in the groove though and get going again...

Protein- Beef Fillets, lean ground beef, chicken breast, turkey breast, ground turkey meat, pork loin, shrimp, multiple types of fish
Carbs- White and sweet potatoes, long grain white rice, wheat rice, oatmeal, grits, all carbs that are low on the glycemic index (easy to find) just search.
Fats- Olive oil, fish oil, almonds, cashews, all natural peanut butter

Your wanting to bulk and for your size you need 5000 cals a day, So 400g protein, 400g carbs, and 150g fats. Spread that out over 6 meals. This will put on some muscle but wont make you fat. Look up your foods too see what pro, carb, and fat, content they have in them and start making up some meals for your self. I would stay away from sugars and breads just too keep it clean. Any questions just holla.
