Any sin makes you fall short of the glory of God and requires the atonement and sacrifice of Jesus Christ.

In this sense, all sin is equal in the eyes of God because God "cannot look upon sin with the least degree of allowance."

However, that doesn't mean that the littlest of sin such as occasional cussing is as severe as murder or denying the Holy Spirit. That's just logical.

"I the Lord will forgive whom I will forgive..."

You think that Christ will plead at the judgment seat of God on our behalf if we are murderers the same as if we had occasional potty mouth?

Just because you sin differently than I do doesn't make either of us better than another.

The goal is to bring ourselves inline and one with the Lord and his spirit. "Become one as the Father and I are one.

Having sinned a particular way does not justify sinning another way because "sin is sin".

Move forward. Avoid those things with which we are tempted and don't allow ourselves to turn other things into temptation and fall backwards.

Being hypocritical means to chastise and judge others with the same things you are guilty of. I don't chastise nor do judge others for anything the best I can.

i cannot sin cause i'm more or less atheist and don't abide by your rules.
now, for the sake of arguement, and nothing personal...sinning is forgiveable, if their is an effort to correct mistakes...repentance imo is not something that allows for a continuation of sin...continuation of bad behaviour (joosing), whilst knowing it is sinful, and doing nothing to correct it nor stop it, is living daily in sin
