There's no well-defined line based entirely upon one visual representation. Therefore, EF defined the line itself (years ago): "If she looks to young, she probably is" --> thread gone.

You chose to ignore the point. The argument was about your (and this website's) moral standpoint on why "assumed" underage pics will not be tolerated. Coming from a representative of a website who glorifies, advertises, and educates on illegal drugs, your whole argument is laughable.

Now, if you want to simply state that "we do whatever we want and you will abide by those rules if you want to post here", then there is certainly no argument there.

I think that a big difference is that under federal law, if you post pictures of nude women, technically you have to have age verification.

The site could, technically get in trouble.
