Why would any board even want to let there be a question as to whether there's child pornography on it or not? Uh, sorry, but this is pretty much set in stone.
There's no well-defined line based entirely upon one visual representation. Therefore, EF defined the line itself (years ago): "If she looks to young, she probably is" --> thread gone.
There was a story recently of a guy being seduced by a ten-year old girl. By all reports he was utterly aghast to be told her age after he was arrested.
I think if they look too young then they are probably still in nappies these days.
