My point is that free speech and property rights (the right to keep what you earn) are the only rights that matter, and this idiot kid should be protected by both of those.

I like PVB, but I work downtown, so just too damn far. And the average age in marsh landing = 100.

When i first moved here, I looked at houses in marsh landing. The realtor asked "where else are you looking"? So I told her that I also wanted to check out queens harbor.

The Marsh landing realtor made a face and said "Queens harbor?! Why would you even consider that? You'd be living near football players and god knows who they bring over".

It was her way of saying "I don't care how much money they think they have, you'll never see a black face in Marsh landing." She was right; very few Jags players could afford it. And these old white mofo's 'round here don't want to see an African American outside of a prison or a stadium.

I ended up in san marco, because I hate communities with associations and all that, so I am just in a regular neighborhood.

You have riverfront property in San Marco? You paid for that. Hell, you could just about walk to work, tho.

The courts have agreed time and time again that free speech has it's limits. You shouldn't be allowed to walk into a crowded hospital or restaurant and scream* "HE'S GOT A BOMB!" without at least gettin a good ass whuppin for your efforts.

But instead of arguing semantics, I'd rather chalk this up to: we're all on the same page, the kid was in the wrong, got his ass whooped, which will either do one of two things; deter him from doing this again, or further drive the misplaced negative stereotypes he already had deeper into his psyche.
