another good week in the books, physique is taking this phase so well.
Got bloods back and everything is pretty perfect really.
Test was in a good range and flying.
We are holding off on push just yet as tbh I’m growing well anyway and I’m strong with plenty of runway ahead.
Slight change up as we are seeing some unwanted higher end blood glucose readings at 6.2-6.5 so plan this week is put a rest day drop off in and pull carbs later in the day to do a 14-16 hour fast every rest day to hopefully keep insulin sensitivity in a better place.
Apart from that just continue to get better by the day
