Entertaining stuff.....let's see-cut out dairy, wheat and processed foods in general, exercise more and eat more protein and fruits and veggies. Brilliant! Why didn't I write a book?
No matter which blood group you are in, this guy recommends foods/diets that are basically low in total calories so any of them will work for weight loss if you follow them.
"And now for the evolutionary question. It is indeed true that as humans evolved, we developed a uniquely human array of blood groups, which however have great similarity to those of the chimpanzee and the gorilla.
There is absolutely no evidence that people of any particular blood group were more likely to have been hunter-gatherers than people of any other group. From molecular studies of the genes for the different ABO groups, these blood groups developed more than 5 million years ago, and conceivably even earlier. Human populations dispersed over the globe, carrying their blood groups with them, before the development of agriculture 10,000 years ago -- in other words, at the time that blood groups evolved, and during the subsequent migrations, humans were all hunter-gatherers. And hunter-gatherers ate lot of plant food as well as meat and fatty bone marrow -- that is the reason why they were called hunter-gatherers, and not simply hunters. "
By all means, if this diet works for you than use it to your advantage. No need to justify it with non-existent or tenous theories about blood types/evolution. Just say "it works for me".
