The diet is less than a week in which is the hard part for me after that I get aclaimated. The thing is my gear is up there a bit. Let see....

Test Cyp ouch 1200mg
Deca 900mg
Tbol 40mg ED
Proviron 50mg ED
Aramidex .5mg ED

High levels of test and a contest diet will make anyone go a little loco. I think you've been as nice as Mr. Rogers considering all of that! Don't worry about it. Besides, it seems Elite could use a little tough love lately.

Your diet was enough to make me feel irritable just reading it. How many mls you end up using a week? i saw the dosege just wondering about the sheer volume.

I assume you're doin a 2 phase cycle then, quad? If you can get in contest shape with test/deca/tbol then that's amazing. What's the cutting phase gonna look like? tren/test/mast/winny?

I definately feel what your saying. I already feel like Ive change in the past month since being on 4omnas a week with a lil deca.

Diet is not bad now...just no treats anymore...shit 6000cals! Actually...I have to go eat a pound of beef right now...and 2 cups of rice. Yea!

Para, Primo, Winny, Mast, Proviron, Clen...every anti e there is about...HGH....maybe slin....said I would not.....doubt it...maybe IGF...never used it. I switch at 8 weeks out or so...yes my cycles are long 18-20 weeks unfortunatly...scares me as I think of my boy just 15 feet from where I am as he sleeps like an angel. Age imparts wisdom = fear. But it seems I am what I am and we do what we must.

yeah that would do it! I have actually never seen coke in real life...really! I have done LSD, X, Shrooms, Bushells of weed! V's, Xanax, Adderal (once! not good on me, INTENSE!!!) So coke would not be cool on me I think. I like the mind perception altering stuff I guess! :)

Cholesteral never an issue...lucky. every day at least one pound. I use dry dressing mix in my beef....makes it great! Now I am starved...gotta go!

I always worry about the infamous deca dick


If you think you are testy, just throw about 100mg a day of Fina into the mix, That will get you percolating.

Actually Deca dick is never a problem either. Always get wood. I will run it long....12 weeks total I would say.

Quad, do you notice increased side effects now that....well....your not as young as you used to be? I seem to notice elevated by and my nips get a lil more sensitive then i remember?
 
So being a dick is something new? ;) lol j/k I'm about to come off of my cycle in a few weeks & it's depressing me already! I ran a lower dosed cycle to get back into the swing of things after being off for over 2.5yrs. I plan on going big on the next one, I have gotten back up to where I was when I left off only with a little more thickness.

What do you think of running gh at 33yrs old? I was going to wait for a couple more years, but figure wtf, if it's beneficial, why wait! More so than age, how good is it w/out running slin with it? I plan on running Test cyp, tren, EQ, kicking off with 4 weeks of d-bol, finishing up w/4 weeks of winny. I don't want to waste cash on gh if it's not going to be anything impressive & slin just freaks me the hell out. I'm already naturally lean so I could care less about that benefit, I'm lookin for mass I'm back up to 254 btw & estimate somewhere around 9%.

It's not really too complicated, and dieting shouldnt be. That's the only comfort you get when dieting, it's a routine, like a job. Lean meats (chicken, turkey, 93% ground beef) and fish with green veggies throughout the day, some rice with the morning meals, cut off carbs after 4-5 pm, and supplement with a good protein powder. The dedication and discipline is what makes it hard, and what separates competitors from everyone else.

EDIT: Quad just started his diet so he might be eating carbs with all his meals, but I'm pretty sure he'll cut them out mid afternoon starting 8 weeks out.

It is actually all one long cycle but this is the size part. yeah for the most part that and veggies and oatmeal in the morning. Cream and PB in the shakes...fucking 18 scoops of powder a day!

WTF are you spying on me! :) Yeah thats about itI actually cut them out for the most part at 6 weeks except for 2 carb load meals a week. Yeah if you vary the diet it gets too complicated and to hard to track cals and 10% either way can make a difference at the end.

Sup bro! Yeah I think after 30 GH is effective as natural levels begin a decline at 25. I am not big on slin as I crash all the time and yes I think it works without it. Give me a buzz sometime man...same number.

What I do notice is I notice evey ache and pain and wonder what it is now...I suppose its a mortality thing as we get a little older. I hurt more. Deca seems to help my joints more but yeah...it does seem like I need anti e's sooner in the cycle than before,and my nips will itch more often. No Gyno but yeah...it sucks.

LOL not spying on you bro. Just seems like common sense. Only thing I have to work on personally is A) whether or not I really need to deplete and then carb load and B) when to start doing it. I know how to dial in my body to about 7-8% but I cant seem to get that last bit. Maybe because I dont use clen or T3? I doubt it though. I'm still young, guess I need to keep learning my body. I hear that's the hardest part...
