If I formatted my hard drive......

What would happen to email?

I use DSL with MSN and have many important messages.

The world will mourn the loss of so very many breathtaking female physiques if I do this.

But I can't get Photoshop to load otherwise. Something took it down.

if the mail is no longer stored on the server, typical of pop3, then it's gone.

They limit the amount of email that I can store? Why would they do this unless they had to store it for me?

What would happen to my list of favorite web sites? Those sites I worked so hard to find?

Back up what you want before formatting to a cd or dvd. Then you won't lose anything.

Formatting a hard drive erases everything on it, end of story. If you don't have it somewhere else then it's gone.

gmail has a gig of storage space for e-mail so you don't have to delete it. That way you can just let it build up.
