Yeah. I've seen people smoking blunts in front of police in Chicago w/o them doing anything. Technically, they can still bust you if they feel like it though.

It'd be nice not to have worry about anything.

the problem is in the blue book it says anyone over the age of /18/ , thou it was suppose to be /21/ and the courts said fuck you when they wanted it fixed. so now voters my think, WTF! 18!
