Ideal sets & reps for each bodypart

I am 150 amd real lean,but I want more size,I would like to get to 180,I am going on a cycle,but not sure of what exer.I should use for each body part and I am not sure of how mant sets I should do.I was going to use the 10,8.6 rep scheme,so let me know what you guys think.

Yo. Everyone responds to different reps! SO it would be pointless to givwe you a guideline of stes/reps...


And besides it doesnt matter what repos you do (unless it is too high for most exercises)!!! It is how you train is what really matters!
 
traditional bodybuilding is between 6 to 12 reps. any less is more for powerlifting and any more is more endurance type training. it's a good idea to mix up your reps to keep the body guessing.
