All sets where done for 7 reps:
Squat: 60/75/93/108/125 (PR for 7)
Bench Press: 45/55/65/75/85 (failed on the fifth one, this means that IP = NOT HAPPY
)
Power Clean: 45/48/58/68/78 (PR for 7)
Felt VERY tired today!!
Nelmsjer and I narrowed it down to three things:
1. Low carb weekend
2. We are getting to the heavier side of our weights
3. We are losing weight

3 oz grilled chicken breast
½ cup lettuce
¼ cup onion
1 sm white potato (plain)
1 white chocolate, macadamia nut cookie
- 1 sesapure
- 2 sprays of oxycalm
*6 liters of water
*1.5 liters of Green Tea
Total Calories = 1447
Protein 131g (37%)
Carbs 142g (37%)
Fat 42g (26%)
Fiber 32g
