Yeah I "Seen" myself not eating. I stayed away from the whole thing. Especially since there were 5 kids with easter baskets and chocolate, and cadbury egss... I just decided to not join the family and stayed home. Not like I didn't see them friday...

Nice videa by the way! I don't think it's necessary to go below parallel especially when moving to higher weights because of the stress on the knee... To each his own though!
