Youtube doesn't seem to working on y computer right now. I will try back later. Great work on the squat either way. 125 is a great weight for reps.

I am right there with you treil!! Avoidance is definitely the key to success on this one. Though, I will say that it was HARD to pass up the candied sweet potatoes from the cafeteria!! :p :p :qt: But, I was a GOOD girl!! :heart:

Oh, really quick. On IP's squat video, I didn't touch her on the last rep. She got all of them.

Today's were even BETTER. She did it 7 times today, and she worked for it! I was a PROUD husband!

Nice videa by the way! I don't think it's necessary to go below parallel especially when moving to higher weights because of the stress on the knee... To each his own though!

Morning girls!! Thanks everyone for your feedback and encouragement, it is VERY appreciated. I hope you all have a FANTASTIC monday. I know that my monday was crazy, but it is almost over, thank goodness. I am one tired woman today!! :qt:

½ cup cantaloupe
½ cup oatmeal
- 1 sesapure
- 1 T-Rex


10:45 PM
1 sm granny smith apple
4 egg whites
2 Tbls NPB

1:45 PM – GYM
Weight: 123.4 lbs
All sets where done for 7 reps:
Squat: 60/75/93/108/125 (PR for 7)

Bench Press: 45/55/65/75/85 (failed on the fifth one, this means that IP = NOT HAPPY :evil: )

Power Clean: 45/48/58/68/78 (PR for 7)

Felt VERY tired today!! :worried: Nelmsjer and I narrowed it down to three things:
1. Low carb weekend
2. We are getting to the heavier side of our weights
3. We are losing weight


3:00 PM
PWO Shake (1 scoop) mixed with creatine and Gatorade
- 1 T-Rex

3:45 PM
3 oz grilled chicken breast
¼ cup lettuce
¼ cup kidney beans
¼ cup coleslaw (vinegar based)
1/5 cup onions
- 1 sesapure

6:30 PM
2 Tbls Flax Meal
1 sm granny smith apple

Below is what I PLAN on eating tonight:
8:30 PM
3 oz grilled chicken breast
½ cup lettuce
¼ cup onion
1 sm white potato (plain)
1 white chocolate, macadamia nut cookie :p
- 1 sesapure
- 2 sprays of oxycalm


*6 liters of water
*1.5 liters of Green Tea


Total Calories = 1447
Protein 131g (37%)
Carbs 142g (37%)
Fat 42g (26%)
Fiber 32g


I have been so busy the past few days that I haven't had a chance to look at everyones journals!! :worried: I will try and catch up with everyone tomorrow :heart: :verygood: Night All!!
