I got the greatest compliment today, in a weird sort of way. I had a guy at the cafeteria walk by me with his buddy and as he passed, my other workout buddy (besides my husband) overheard a guy walk by me and say… “man that woman works out!” I don't really know why, but that just really made me smile and feel great inside! Also, it's almost weird for me to say this, but I can honestly say I am actually very happy with the way my body is right now. It has been a LONG while since I have been able to say that. I never thought I would ever be to say that at a weight over 120lbs!! But, I am feeling more lean, and being lean is actually making my 5’2 body feel taller! I've had "issues" in the past, and for me to feel this way is really a true blessing from above. I can't even begin to explain how different I feel and how wonderful it is. And SO MUCH of the reason is because of all you wonderful ladies!!! Thank you so much...you'll just never know...

With all that said though, I am still on a mission to reach 9% body fat!! lol
AWESOME GIRL!!!!!! I'm so glad for you.... Finally realizing it's how you feel and it's not a number stamped on your forehead.

Ok so I have been slacking on posting up the last two days!! Hope everyone has a fabulous HUMP day, as bunny likes to call it...two more days until High carb with a CHEAT MEAL!! whoooaaa

April 18, 2006
LOW CARB DAY

7:30 AM
9 egg whites
½ cup cantaloupe
½ cup oatmeal
- 1 sesapure
- 1 T-Rex


12:00 PM
1 sm granny smith apple
1.25 Tbls NPB

1:30 PM – GYM
We basically played around today and did Various agilities, plyometrics, walked some bleachers and did 4 of our normal sprints.


2:30 PM
6 oz grilled chicken breast
¼ cup onions
¾ cup broccoli
½ cup asparagus
- 1 sesapure

5:30 PM
2 Tbls Flax Meal
1 Tbls NPB

8:30 PM
6 oz grilled chicken breast
¼ cup onions
½ cup lettuce

*5 liters of water
*1.5 liters of Green Tea

Total Calories = 1179
Protein 144g (49%)
Carbs 60g (17%)
Fat 41g (31%)
Fiber 17g

MODERATE CARB DAY

7:15 AM
9 egg whites
½ cup cantaloupe
½ cup oatmeal
- 1 sesapure
- 1 T-Rex


11:00 PM
1 sm granny smith apple
4 egg whites

1:30 PM – GYM
All sets where done for 7 reps:
Overhead squat: 45/50/60/85 – PR for 7!! I was only supposed to hit 68lbs on this lift today!!!!! Time to adjust the weight!!

Push Press: 45/50/60/70

Deadlift: 90/105/125/150 – PR for 7!! I was only supposed to hit only 143 lbs today. I ended up lifting two weeks ahead of our planned schedule from Madcow's spreadsheet. WHOAAA


2:45 PM
PWO Shake (1 scoop) mixed with creatine and a LITTLE bit of Gatorade
- 1 T-Rex

3:15 PM
½ cup tuna (in water)
¼ cup onions
½ sm potato
½ cup broccoli, raw
¼ cup kidney beans

6:00 PM
2 Tbls Flax Meal
2 Tbls NPB

Below is what I have planned for dinner:
8:30 PM
3 oz grilled chicken breast
½ cup lettuce
¼ cup onions
- 2 sprays of sesapure

*6.5 liters of water
*1.5 liters of Green Tea


Total Calories = 1321
Protein 134g (40%)
Carbs 108g (99%)
Fat 45g (30%)
Fiber 32g
